As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the voice and problem-solver for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently across borders

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Become the customer champion: Answer inquiries by phone and email, exceeding expectations in Dutch and English. German is beneficial but not a must have.
▪ Order with accuracy: Process customer orders swiftly and precisely, ensuring timely deliveries and clear communication.
▪ Logistics maestro: Arrange basic transport for deliveries within the Netherlands, collaborating seamlessly with partners.
▪ Conflict resolution ninja: Tackle customer complaints proactively and with a positive approach, finding solutions that leave everyone happy.
▪ Data whiz: Maintain accurate records and documentation for smooth operations, mastering your CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
▪ Team player extraordinaire: Support the wider team in achieving department goals, fostering a collaborative spirit.

▪ Computer literacy: Microsoft Word and Excel are your best friends.
▪ CRM savvy: Understand CRM systems, like Salesforce or similar systems.
▪ Multilingual magic: Fluency in Dutch, and English
▪ International logistics know-how: Navigate the world of deliveries with ease.
▪ Gas industry insider: Experience in the gas industry gives you an edge.
▪ Regulation rockstar: A grasp of ISO 9000, 14000, and 18000 is a bonus.
